So im not exactly an adult yet, I dont pay bills or taxes, but I will soon and this is one of the more interesting surveys so im going to do it. 1. What time do you usually go to work? i dont, im looking for a job. 2. At your job; do you prefer a rigid schedule(M-F 9-5) or one that changes by the week? i would prefer a regular schedule, if i dont know whats going on i miss things. that wouldnt be so great. 3. Do you take the car, bus, walk, ride a bike or ?? to get where you need to go? id like to just take the bus or walk and use the car only when i need to. 4. How long have you used said mode of transportation? walking is realy the only one iv used personaly haa. 5. Have you ever considered an alternative? anything to get me where i need is great. 6. Do you have/want to have children? If yes, why? i want to have children and share things with them, do all the family crap you know, far far from now. im just not sure how great a parent i would be. 7. Are you/do you want to get married? i want to be, but i want it to be it i want to love that person. the divorce rate is so high its sad. 8. Do you think that a marriage certificate/ceremony is necessary? Or are you of the mind that love, twue wove, doesn't require documentation or demonstration? hm, well i dont know i like the idea of getting married and what kari said, but i dont need nore do i want a giant expensive ceremony or ring i think thats silly. 9. Have you realized, yet, just how much work your parents had to do just to raise you and keep you fed? there still raising me as of now. 10. Have you thanked them for it yet? no i havent 11. Did they just chuckle knowingly? n/a 12. What was the first nice, expensive, grown up thing you bought? (Ex; a car, a household appliance, a house...) ah.. i havent bought anything expensice and "grown up" haha i feel like such a child. 13. Have you ever found yourself saying/doing/thinking something that you remember distinctly making fun of or dissaprove of when you were a kid? i dont remember dissaproveing of anything as a kid, but im sure i do things the little girl of me would make fun of 14. Have you learned to just let the small stuff go, and take the big stuff in stride? That no bridge can be crossed until you reach it? sometimes yes, sometimes no i try to. 15. Have you learned to do things that you don't want to do without bitching/complaining about it, or even feeling entitled to bitch and complain? same as the above, i can be realy winy sometimes. then i kick myself later for being so winy. 16. Has your taste in music changed over the years? How? yes, when i was younger i would usally just listin to what ever other kids were listning to but now i listin to a wide variety and i dont realy care what other people think of my music tastes. 17. Are both of your parents still alive? yes 18. If yes, are you close? If no, were you? not realy, me and my mom dont get along well most the time. me and my dad have similar humor so we seem to get along better. 19. Do you prefer hardwood floors, or carpet? hardwood. as long as there are minimal pets, fur and scratches. 20. What do you think your generation will 'be like' when they are elderly? odd 21. What do you hope to be like when you are old and gray? i want to be that strange old woman that every one thinks is a bit off, but think im a sweet woman anyways. most of all i want to be a wonderful grandmother like myn was. 22. What is the most important life lesson you have learned so far? you have to look out for yourself beacuse no one else will. im still learning though 23. What is your favorite food now? What was it when you were 10? i used to love mac n chesse with tuna and peas haha. now i love pasta, fish, crab, anything spicy. not that i didnt have a taste for that when i was younger, i was lucky to try diffrent foods while every one else had pizza and grilled cheese 99% of the time 24. Did you do your taxes this year? Did you finish them on time? i dont do taxes yet, they realy freak me out. 25. Did you owe the gvt, or did you get a fatty tax return? (Or, did you just break even, like I did? :p) n/a 26. Do you enjoy reading? Do you do it often? What is your favorite genre of book? (Mystery, Fiction, Biographies.. etc) yes i love reading. fiction, mystery, horror types, comics, books on human behavior, almost anything realy. 27. How do you feel about old animated movies and cartoons being 'digitally remastered'? (Traced over in photoshop and stripped of all hand-animated charm.) ah that sucks, hard. i realy love old animated movies thats sad that thats what they do. i do like haveing them on dvd though. 28. Do you cook? Breakfast? Lunch? Dinner? If yes, what is your favorite dish to prepare? sometimes but im very limited in my skills ha 29. Do you partake in politics? not so much i watch some of the news channels and try and find out whats going on but its so confuseing i just dont know. 30. Do you even have time to worry about governmental goings on, or are you too busy just working for a buck to even notice and/or care? yes i have to much time on my hands at the momment. 31. Have you graduated from college? If yes, are you currently doing something that involves using the skills you paid so dearly to learn? If no, do you still want to/feel the need to graduate from college, or are you daunted by the amount of people you have met/spoken to who paid thousands of dollars for an education that they can't put to use because there is nothing available for them in the professional working world?
no, im going to college this coming year. im not sure what i want to do with my life, im not sure it matters any how. 32. Do you have any drug habits? That is to say, are you taking any prescriptions? Smoking weed? Shooting herion? Railing lines up your nose? Caffeine?
no iv never done drugs iv always been around them just never partook the most i think would be a contact high from friends smoking weed, thats about it. i was takeing lexipro but i didnt feel any change so i just droped it. 33. Are you aware of your health? Do you go to the doctor on the regular for check-ups? Do you have high cholesterol, blood sugar, or thyroid problems? Hemorrhoids? (hehe)
im healthy as of now. i go to the doctors a few years apart i think. 34. Do you live with another person or other persons? Do you get along? Do you secretly hate their guts? Are they the love of your life? my family, im planning to move out its very difficult. i dont get along with my family all that well i think it will be better when i move out. my sister and i have gotten closer though, its actully realy weird. 35. Do you want to settle down, or remain mobile? i want to travel but i want one home. 36. Are there things about yourself that you don't like, but can not/will not change, and/or have learned to accept and live with? yes in the past year iv pretty much accepted certain things about myself others i still want to change and make me very up set sometimes. 37. What do you want to accomplish before you die? i just want to be happy, and i want to have seen the world. 38. Do you spend the holidays with your parents/family, or do you have a family of your own, now, that you celebrate with? friends, family who ever. 39. Are you in debt, yet? (Do you have a mortgage, car payments, student loans to pay off, etc) not yet, oh i just cant wait! :( 40. Do you feel as though you have accomplished anything significant? no, i have so much to do.
